WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We currently service the greater Perth area; North to Alkimos, South to Mandurah, East to Swan Valley/Hills/Byford. If you are outside this catchment, please contact us and we will endeavour to arrange a service.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

No referral is needed for any of our services if you are a private patient. We do require a valid referral if you are a DVA patient or have a workers’ compensation or motor vehicle claim. 

DO YOU HAVE A WAITING LIST?

We do not have a waiting list. Prompt treatment is very important to achieve good outcomes. We endeavor to see everyone within 2-3 days of receiving a referral. If more urgent attention is required, same day appointments can usually be arranged.

are your Occupational therapists trustworthy and reliable?

Absolutely. All our OTs are carefully selected and have current police clearances in place for your peace of mind.

DO YOU ACCEPT DVA PATIENTS?

Yes, patients with a DVA Gold Card are eligible for services at no cost, with a valid referral. White Card holders can sometimes be eligible in some instances. If you are a White Card holder, we can check your eligibility with DVA.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHARGES?

Charges vary depending on the type of service. Please call us to find out the charge for the particular service you require. 

DO I GET A REBATE WITH MY PRIVATE HEALTH FUND?

Yes, rebates are available with private health fund ancillary cover. The amount of rebate differs widely between funds and levels of cover. Your health fund can advise you of the rebate amount if you contact them.

CAN I RECEIVE THESE SERVICES UNDER MEDICARE?

We accept referrals under the Medicare Chronic Disease Management (formerly Enhanced Primary Care) program. This will enable you to receive a rebate for up to 5 allied health services in a calendar year. The rebate is currently is $52.95. We can claim this rebate directly from Medicare so you will only be invoiced for the gap.

WILL I NEED TO PAY ON THE DAY OF MY SERVICES?

No, you will be invoiced for the treatment a few days after the service and payment can be made by cheque, direct deposit or by telephoning the office and using your credit card.
