Cheryl completed her undergraduate Occupational Therapy degree at Curtin University in 2002.  Following graduation, Cheryl took up a position in an older adult mental health service where she worked both as an Occupational Therapist and Case Manager, later moving to regional Vic/NSW where she worked as Coordinator of a Dementia Respite program. On returning to Perth in 2015, Cheryl took on a role with an aged care service provider, providing support to people living with dementia and their families.  Cheryl's interests include aged care, dementia care, mental health and using assistive technology to support clients independence and well-being.  She enjoys working with clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
