Our Social Work service is offered to inpatients of Mount Hospital in order to effect a smooth transition from hospital to home. Our Social Worker is committed to providing support, understanding and efficient service provision to all inpatients. These services may include:
Please note, this is a referral based service which means a Mount Hospital doctor or nurse needs to make a referral in order for a patient to be seen. There is no charge for this service.
